The Filipinos Community Council of Australia (FiLCCA) awarded Ronaldo Villaver the 2016 Leadership Award on 29 October 2016.

The award was given during FilCCA’s National Conference at Toowoomba, Queensland.

The award was received by FiLCCA Vice President External Serna Ladia on behalf of Ronaldo Villaver.
