The conduct of “Pagmugna Festival of Festivals” of the Province of Southern Leyte is one of the events in the celebration of the 64th Founding Anniversary of the Province of Southern Leyte.
The celebration’s theme “Southern Leyte Towards Self-Sufficiency” encapsulates the province’s overall mission and vision.
