The Eastern Samar Police Provincial Office (ESPPO) under the leadership of its Provincial Director PCOL Matthe L. Aseo held a traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony which was presided by Deputy Provincial Director for Administration (DPDA) PLTCOL Dionesio A. Maestre, Jr. at the ESPPO Covered Court, Camp Francisco Asidillo, Borongan City, Eastern Samar on June 20,2022.
During the said flag raising ceremony, seven (7) police personnel of the ESPPO were given “Letter of Commendation” for their exemplary performance in their respective duties. The recepients were the following:
*PLTCOL ALEX T ROBIN, Chief, Provincial Investigation and Detection Management Unit (PIDMU, and PLT ALLAN J CALCETA, Deputy PIDMU, for being the Top 1 in the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER). Garnering a total of 142.49 points for the month of May 2022, the highest among the six (6) Provincial Investigation and Detection Management Units of Police Regional Office 8.
*PLTCOL JEROME B CAMACHO, Chief, Provincial Operation Unit (POU), for being the Rank No. 1 (Regional Level) in the recently concluded SACLEO last June 6-12, 2022, having a total of 81 accomplishments.
*PMAJ CLARK B CHAVARRIA, Acting Chief of Police of Guiuan MPS, for being the Rank No. 1 (Provincial Level) in the recently concluded SACLEO last June 6-12, 2022.
*PLT LOUIE P GORGONIA, OIC, Balangiga MPS, for being the Rank No. 2 (Provincial Level) in the recently concluded SACLEO last June 6-12, 2022.
*PLTCOL RUEL L BURLAT, Acting Chief of Police of Borongan CPS, represented by PEMS RUEL M LALOSA, for being the Rank No. 3 (Provincial Level) in the recently concluded SACLEO last June 6-12, 2022.
*PMAJ JOSE A TIU, Acting Chief of Police, Oras MPS, represented by PSSg Marlon B Amongo and PCpl Hussein O Recare, for their successful arrest of Arturo Tamares Lugo on March 14, 2022 at Brgy. Cadi-an, Oras Eastern Samar, charged for Violation of PD 449, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest on February 24, 2022 by Hon. Jimmy A. umil, Presiding Judge, MCTC, 8th Judicial Region, Oras-Jipapad, Oras, Eastern Samar; and Dexter P. Lobinia arrested on April 19, 2022 at Brgy. Tawagan, Oras, Eastern Samar, charged for violation of PD 705, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest on March 17, 2022 by Hon Renato Noel C Echague, Presiding Judge, RTC, 8th Judicial Region, Branch 5, Oras, Eastern Samar.
*PLT MICHAEL DUANE B RELANO, OIC Maydolong MPS, represented by PCpl Vladimir B Galo, for a successful buy-bust operation which resulted to the arrest of Eric B Moreno on May 17, 2022 at Brgy. Maybocog, Maydolong , Eastern Samar, for Violations of Sec. 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165. (Eastern Visayas CME)
