Engr. Wilardo Sinahon, the Acting Director II of Philippine Fiber Development Authority (PhilFIDA), Region 8 leads the oathtaking ceremony in an event held on 10 June 2024 at its regional office in Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines.
Those newly promoted PhilFIDA 8 employees are Ms. Rosemarie F. Arroyo and Engr. Kristelle Ahn C. Suñer.
